Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with your order, we are happy to process a return within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the product price. Please note we do charge a return processing fee ($5.00) which will be deducted from your refund. 

Kindly reach out to hello@shop-stepzero.com if you would like to initiate the return process. We will send you a return label to return the product to us. Once we receive the return, we will process the refund. 

We unfortunately are unable to accept returns or exchanges that exceed the 14-day window.
